Retail Building Civil Engineer Needed
Budget: ₹37,500 – ₹75,000 INR
I’m ready to break ground on a new commercial block of retail shops and have a fully developed architectural and structural set in hand. What I now need is a seasoned civil site engineer who can turn those drawings into a finished building, handling everything on-site from the first layout pegs through to hand-over.
Your focus will be the core civil package—foundation works and the complete building superstructure. I’ll rely on you to:
• verify and mark out the site against the approved drawings
• supervise excavation, footing layout, steel fixing and concreting, ensuring code compliance and quality control
• coordinate day-to-day with contractors, vendors and local inspectors so the schedule stays on track
• keep accurate quantity measurements, material requisitions and progress reports for my review
• flag any design clashes early and propose workable field solutions that stay true to the design intent
The plans are ready, so your first task will be a quick drawing review and a site walk to map out the build sequence. After that, I expect consistent on-site presence until the structure is complete, with clear weekly updates.
If you’re comfortable running the show on a retail build from foundations up—and can back that up with previous site experience—let’s discuss timelines and milestones right away.
