Restoration of School house into Apartments

I am looking for a skilled and experienced professional to help me restore a school house into apartments. The current condition of the school house is poor, with significant repairs needed.
The desired end result of the project is to create a mix of modern and traditional elements in the apartments, preserving the historical elements while incorporating modern amenities.
I do not have a specific floor plan or layout in mind, and I need assistance in planning.
I will be trying to get a grant to fund the project however need to have renderings to support the grant submission.
Ideal skills and experience for this job include:
