I would like to amend and improve an already existing design of a resort as follows:
Swiss Garden Resort
Project Concept:
This resort creates an environment of luxury, happiness and entertainment by developing a luxury resort complex with green gardens, fruitful trees, water fountains, villas, Special Occasion Party Hall, Hotel, Spa, Beauty Saloon, fitness center, sports fields, children's playgrounds.
Resort Site:
The resort is located in Cinarcik, Turkey, with a fantastic view overlooking the Marmara sea.
The project area: The total area of the resort land is 16,000 square meters.
The Buildings area: Total area of the land used by buildings is 6400 square meters.
The landscape area: Total area of the land used by landscape is 9600 square meters.
Project Elements:
1. Green Gardens: Green gardens, fruitful trees, and water fountains cover the entire landscape.
2. Luxury Duplex Villas Model A: The project contains 4 luxury villas. Each villa consists of four floors, the area of the ground and first floor exceeds 120 m each, the second floor exceeds 80 m.
3. Luxury Duplex Villas Model B: The project contains 45 duplex villas. Each villa consists of four floors, the area of the ground and first floor exceeds 80 m each, the area of the second floor exceeds 50 m.
Luxury Duplex Villas Model C: The project contains 30 duplex villas. Each villa consists of four floors, the area of the ground and first floor exceeds 60 m each, the area of the second floor exceeds 35 m.
5- Resort Main Building and Special Occasion Party Hall
This building is 390 m area building, it contains two restaurant halls, 10 hotel suites, reception & admin office, beauty saloon, spa, Gym, prayer room, a storage room, and evtol landing platform
5- Staff Housing Building:
This building contains a storage room, and staff rooms.
1. Staff housing: Two floors each one is 200 m.
2. Storage: 200 m area building.
7. Sport Courts: Two sport courts can be used for tennis, basketball, volleyball and football.
10. Children's playgrounds: 300 m area, it includes various children's swings and games.
Design Drawings and Animation Required:
1. A Master plan detailed design. 2D and 3D designs
2. All 2D designs of all buildings.
3. All 3D designs of all buildings.
4. All 2D and 3D designs of all other facilities.
5. Fence and Main Gate 2D and 3D designs,
6. Full animation that gives a complete and detailed virtual tour of the resort, 5 minutes duration.
