Residential villa complex

This is a land located in istanbul, zekeriyakoy . The brief is to design a residential villa complex of around 20-25 villas . The land has a slope of 20 meters and the best view is on the east . The concept is to created terraces and build the villas on the terraces. Each villa should ideally be around 250-300 square meters; each villa will comprise of a basement floor, ground floor , and a pent house floor, a garden and two parking spaces. Privacy is an important factor so it will be great if we have private detached villas rather than twin villas . Of course it is possible to have few twin villas and few detached ones. A public pool should be provided with a gym for the residents.
The ideal location for the entrance would be from the main road on the south of the land.
