Budget: ₹600 – ₹1,500 INR
I am looking to have a residential plan designed for a multi-family building with a modern architectural style. Each of the units should contain 1-2 bedrooms and bathrooms.
I am looking for a highly experienced and knowledgeable freelancer, who can work to create a comprehensive design that meets both my aesthetic preferences and also my desired specifications. The selected plan should have all the necessary details to ensure accuracy and flexibility in execution.
The plan should include considerations for zoning requirements, structural engineering, environmental factors, aesthetic elements and cost management. I would like the design to blend into the existing or proposed neighbourhood, while still making a unique statement.
I would like to see a range of visual presentation options, such as sketches, CAD drawings and 3D renderings, to help accurately communicate the proposed architecture. Additionally, I would like to receive a set of instructions and specifications for the construction and installation process.
