Residential Villa Design Required

We are looking for an architecture to design our residential villa. We are looking to get an interior design, indoor/outdoor landscape design, and exterior design. At this stage we have a preliminary floor plan of the villa. We are expecting the freelancer to propose improvement for the current plans if there are any. We expect that the deliverables for this project will include the necessary drawings along, a visualization tour video of the space (Indoor and Outdoor) and original file to be submitted. This will include all drawings and materials needed for constructing that work as per design. The drawings needs to be detailed enough to have the project easily constructed EXACTLY as designed. Note, that we do have a local office that is working on this project so we expect there will be collaboration on some ares as they are the ones to provide submission drawings to municipality for approvals and also knowledgeable with local regulations. Below is a rough plan of what the expected deliverable s be and the collaboration areas for the work assigned.
