Residential Two-Story Floor Plan Design

I'm seeking a designer to create a detailed floor plot plan for my two-story residential building. The plan should encompass various rooms including bedrooms, a living room, and a pantry.

IM ASKING FOR A 2D plot only for both plans

Key constraints.
1) length (facing the road) is 15m and width (depth) is 21m of plot Max
2) ground floor consists of
A) 64sq m double hight living room.
B) 2 qty of bedrooms 36sq m each. Each should include a bathroom.
C) A guests hall that’s 5*7m
D) A dining area near the living room of 36sq m
E) a bathroom for both dining area and the guests hall.
F) a pantry right next to the dining area
3) the first floor consists of
A) 4qty of bedrooms each is 36sq m with bathrooms in all
B) one master bedroom of 50sq m. Attached to it should be a 16sq m changing room. And a bathroom.
D) the rest could be a living room.

NOTES:
1-areas are flexible. Try your best to meet them.
2-construction could be other than rectangular.
3-include quote for complete interior design of building.
4- keep in mind the stairs
5- in the G floor, guest hall and living room should be in the front.
