Chicago- based Project!!! URGENT!!!
The property next door is being demolished and I need a plan to document the state that the property is in right now in case there is a change in structure or other damages done to my property. It would be good to:
- Do a comprehensive check of any particular areas that may get damaged by and neighbor to have evidence that the property was in good shape (I filmed a bunch myself in October)
- An assessment in advance of a demolition on my neighbor's property.
_ Consider devices to measure vibration or other risks as the structural demolition takes place
The primary purpose of the is to have certified proof before the process demolition process starts.
Ideal skills for this job would include experience and qualifications in structural engineering, particularly in residential properties. Previous experience with surveys conducted prior to nearby demolition would be a significant advantage.
