Residential 3-Story Home Architect Needed
Budget: $20,000 – $50,000 AUD
I'm in the process of planning a new residential project and I'm in need of a skilled architect to create detailed plans for a 3-story or more home. It needs to feature 5 separate apartments with one of them being a small studio apartment.
Key requirements:
- Experience in creating residential architectural plans for similar projects is a must.
- An understanding of zoning laws, building codes, and other regulations that could impact the project is necessary.
- The ability to translate my vision and requirements into a coherent, visually appealing plan is a priority.
- A good balance between aesthetics, functionality, and budget considerations is essential.
Your deliverables:
- Detailed, accurate and comprehensive architectural plans.
- 3D renderings (if possible) to help visualize the final product.
- Attention to detail and a willingness to make revisions based on feedback.
