Residential Site Plans for College Park

I'm looking for a civil engineer to integrate the layout of proposed residential site plans in a vacant lot at the edge of College Park, 919 Ellwood Avenue 32804. The design should accommodate a one or two storey traditional style house, mother-in-law apartment, and garage.

- The project requires detailed plans with elevations and sections.
- Driveways and pathways are key elements in the site plan, given the lot's long and narrow shape (60x200 or 0.28 acre). A porte cochère might be desirable to facilitate access to a MiL cottage.
- The house should be designed in a traditional style.
