Residential Site Plan Sealing
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I'm looking for a Professional Engineer (PE) with experience in creating site plans for residential development projects in Lumberland Town, New York State.
Key Requirements:
- The site plan is primarily for permitting purposes.
- The project involves a single building; driveway; land clearing; septic; and well. The land is currently undeveloped and flat.
Your deliverables would need to meet the following standards:
- Comply with local zoning regulations.
- Be detailed enough for the building department to approve the project.
_ Must be Stamped by a Professional Engineer Lic. in NYS
Experience with similar projects is preferred. A PE license is mandatory for the sealing of the site plan.
