Residential Site Plan Creation
Budget: $250 – $750 AUD
I require detailed residential site plans comprising of both building footprints and parking and driveway layout. The essence of this project primarily revolves around these two components and I am expecting a high level of precision and adherence to the specifications provided.
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- have Victorian accreditation to stamp plans,
- Proficiency in drafting residential site plans
- Expertise in incorporating building footprints and parking/driveway layouts with accuracy and precision
- Knowledge about regulations and standards related to residential sites
Please note that although landscaping details are not a core aspect of this project, the final plans will need to showcase the existence of mature trees in the area. It would greatly benefit if you have a knack for detailing and depicting natural elements in site plans. Looking forward to receiving bids from experienced and meticulous freelancers.
