Budget: $750 – $1,500 CAD
I'm seeking a skilled professional to develop a comprehensive site plan for a 4-acre plot that has a small body of water running through the middle of it. The intention is to construct 6-7 single-family homes. The freelancer should have a strong understanding of residential development (preferably in Ontario).
- Akin to Residential Development: The site plan should be tailored towards the construction of single-family homes.
- Small Scale Development: I aim to build 6-7 units; hence, proficiency in designing small-scale developments would be invaluable.
- Relevant Experience: The ideal freelancer should have substantial experience in creating detailed site plans for residential pools and be familiar with town planning rules.
