Residential Rooftop Pergola & Gazebo - Architect Design Sketchup Rendering & Costing -- 2

I am looking for an architect who can assist me in designing a modern residential rooftop pergola and gazebo. The ideal candidate should have experience in Sketchup rendering and costing.
Style: Modern
- The client prefers a modern style for the pergola and gazebo design.
Dimensions: Exact measurements
- The client has specific dimensions in mind for the pergola and gazebo.
Materials: Mix of wood and light weight metal
- The client prefers a mix of wood and light weight metal materials for the construction of the pergola and gazebo.
Skills and Experience:
- Proficiency in Sketchup (or other such software) rendering and costing.
- Knowledge of modern architectural design.
- Experience in working with wood and light weight metal materials.
- Ability to create detailed and accurate architectural drawings based on exact measurements.
I am looking for an experienced architect for designing a rooftop of my residential building. The building is in Panchkula, Haryana. I am occupying the top floor (4th). I have exclusive access rights to the major portion of the terrace (except the common utility area where the filter, water tanks etc are kept). The approx measurements and layout are enclosed.
Other Details:-
The terrace has two areas/ portions which are exclusive to my flat - one in the front and other at the rear. I want Gazebo (i.e. option to close the roof...something like a motor controlled frame which closes when it rains and open when you want it to) - this is on the front side. Ofcourse it will have a bar, sitting, can have a raised deck, green artificial grass, lighting on sides and top, flowers/ greens etc. On the rear side I want just a Pergola i.e. open to sky with framing...this is primarily for Yoga and small sit out dining with more or less similar setup as front with artificial green flooring, pots etc. The front and rear sides have views so obviously they should not be covered/ blocked.

1) Gazebo - We plan to have, on front-facing side, a bar with patio (option for closing roof during rains/ winters) and sitting (open to sky with option for rain proof). Sides of patio open, with option for pulling down temp shade/ blind (material can be proposed) for privacy. Patio should have rain water draining into existing rain water drain pipe. There is a balcony under the end of roof (6 feet) so no load bearing structure can be planned there.
2) Pergola - At the rear facing side we are looking for another open to sky dining-cum-yoga area (with option of being closed during rains). This side has a view of the hills, so we plan to have open from all sides.
3) A solution to give access to the common area be also given, such that privacy of exclusive area is maintained.
Deliverables:-
a) 2-D plan with all the placements, landscape, material, mood & colour theme etc.
b) 3-D visualization for understanding of spaces.
c) Final 2-D drawing after your approval of 3-d for onsite work with proper dimensions, costing, material required etc.
