Residential Remodel

Architect or Home Designer working in Chief Architect that is familiar with South Mississippi residential construction methods. Extensive remodel on existing house. I have details on current construction and have worked on the project. Need someone to think out of the box. Background is in construction so I already have an understanding of how this needs to be constructed.
