Residential Permit Plan Set for Garage Conversion
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I need a comprehensive permit plan set for converting my garage into an Accessory Dwelling Unit (ADU). The project is residential in nature. I have all the documents or will have all the documents available. The work that is required is merging everything into an architectural plan set which is 15-20 pages depending on how you want to format it.
the pages would include full architectural plans, title 24 and any other paperwork required by the city. You would need to add notes to some pages - but these notes will be provided.
