Residential Layout Plan Design

I would like a layout and space distribution plan for the house I recently purchased, which has an area of 300 square meters.
I will provide all the design files and the current space divisions.

The goal is to create a full layout for the following areas:

Ground Floor:
• A formal guest room for men
• A dining area for hosting guests
• A formal family living room
• A guest bedroom
• A kitchen

First Floor:
1. Master Bedroom with Walk-in Closet:
• A vanity area for the mother inside the room
• A dedicated spot for the father to change and hang daily clothes
• A mini fridge and a small service area
• A corner for prayer
2. Children’s Room:
• Sleeping area
• Separate play area
• Study space
• Storage space
3. Family Lounge:
• Comfortable seating
• Coffee and service corner
4. Father’s Office

Second Floor:
• Gym
• Outdoor terrace seating
• Outdoor pool
• Games room
• Storage area

Additional Spaces:
• Room for a live-in housemaid and driver (married couple)
• Garden in the outdoor courtyard
• Storage room
• Laundry and drying room
