Residential Interior Design Partner -- 3

I’m expanding my small but steadily growing design firm and would like to bring on a partner whose core strength is residential interior design. The idea is to join forces, pool portfolios, and take on full-scope home projects together—from concept development to final styling—without limiting ourselves to just one room. Whether it’s a living space, kitchen, bedroom, or an entire house, I’m open to tackling any interior that lets us showcase a shared vision and complementary skill sets.
You should be comfortable leading creative direction, producing detailed mood boards, specifying finishes, and liaising with suppliers and contractors. If you already use industry-standard tools such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or the Adobe Creative Suite, that will make collaboration seamless, but I’m flexible on platforms as long as we can deliver refined, functional spaces.
This is a true partnership rather than a fixed-fee contract: we’ll discuss profit-sharing, client acquisition strategies, and how to divide responsibilities once we connect.
