Residential Foundation Slab Engineering

I require a seasoned structural engineer to assist in the creation of a large concrete slab (over 1000 sq ft). This slab is purposed for a residential house foundation. It's a barndominium structure with a 2nd story in building B.

I will need a pdf file that I can download to my county building department and 2 copies of a 2d rendering of the slab with details of 8x8 post settings and details of footers that are required for load bearing as required. I just want bare minimum required to pass code in my area. Baldwin County Alabama. I am in the high wind zone. 160 mph
