I already have a full set of residential floor plans drafted; what is missing are the deeper technical layers that make them build-ready. I need every sheet updated to reflect three key aspects—land erosion assessment, heat-loss analysis, and wall-bracing requirements—and I want the underlying equations for each of those items laid out clearly.
Please overlay the new information directly on the drawings, using standard architectural/engineering notation, and include a separate calculation set that shows the formulas, assumptions, and step-by-step workings so a certifier can follow the logic without extra clarification.
Accepted formats for the drawings are DWG and PDF, and the calculations can be delivered in either Excel or a well-structured PDF. Accuracy must align with current residential code and typical soil, climate, and structural load factors.
Deliverables:
• Updated plan files with erosion, heat-loss, and bracing call-outs
• Companion calculation package covering all three topics
• Short summary sheet referencing any codes or standards applied
