Residential Electrical Service Upgrade Plans
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I need sealed and stamped engineered electrical service upgrade plans for a single-family home. The primary reason for this upgrade is to satisfy the utility requirements for taking ownership of the upgraded underground electrical cable.
Per POCO work agreement: "Customer must excavate and install PECO and UL approved schedule 40 PVC conduit and approved 500 al 600-volt secondary service from existing meter board to existing service
point at pole 86422B. Customer must provide a detailed engineer approved AS BUILT diagram for the service installation or customer must retain ownership and all responsibility"
All work shall conform to PECO Energy Company’s Electric Service Requirements (Blue Book) and the 2017 NEC and be inspected by an authorized local inspection agency having jurisdiction
Ideal candidates for this project should be experienced in creating electrical service plans for residential properties.
