Residential Development Review for Building Surveying
Budget: $50 – $350 AUD
I am looking for an experienced professional in the building surveying field to complete a review of a residential development. The review is going to be a single building review, with no specific location but I'm open to anywhere. I only need a desktop analysis, not an on-site visit.
The successful freelancer will be required to review the development and provide an in-depth analysis of any potential issues that need to be addressed. They must have the necessary experience and knowledge to make judgments and recommendations based on the data provided. They must have good communication skills, as they must be able to explain the findings concisely and accurately.
