Residential Design: Apartment Building Project

In need of a talented professional who can provide both architectural but mostly technical drafting services for a medium-sized residential design project. This was a project I had briefly started as a student but am looking for a professional to revisit and complete final drawings so I can begin to render my design and push it further. (NOT for an actual building to be constructed)

I currently have rough plans and sections and would be looking for someone to make up:
1:100 General arrangement Plans
1:50 plans / sections
1:20 plans / sections
1:5 details such as threshold detail, jamb to wall detail, roof to wall detail etc..
