Residential Constructions Plans - Australian Building Design
Budget: $250 – $500 AUD
I need an Architect or Draftsperson who is familiar with Australian building standards, codes and design to assist with Working Drawings/Construction Plans for a Single Story house.
Floorplan image with most of the dimensions will be provided.
You will need to know how to work off land bearing measurements and work the floorplan into the site dimensions etc.
The plan must show:
1. General Notes & Specifications
2. Site Plan & Area Calculations
3. Ground Floor Plan
4. Roof Plan
5. Elevations (N, S, E & W)
6. Sections (Two Numbers)
7. Lighting Layout Plan
8. Slab Set-out Plan
9. Typical Wall Frame / Brickwork Sections
10. Materials & Colours Schedule
11. Doors & Windows Schedule
12. Miscellaneous Details
