I am on the lookout for an experienced freelancer with a genuine understanding in estimating material requirements for a multi-level house construction. You will primarily be focusing on different areas and materials for estimation, including:
- GYPROCK plaster for internal walls and ceilings
- Hebel for outer walls
- Polystyrene for outer walls
- Cement sheet for outer walls
- Separate flooring calculation for wet areas such as bathrooms, toilet and kitchen
- General flooring calculation
- TIMBER STUDS CALCULATION. EVERY 450MM GAP THERE WILL BE VERTICAL STUD IN EVERY WALL.You need to tell the quantity of total studs required for ground floor and first floor in numbered manner.
100% accurate estimation required for GYPROCK plaster for internal walls and ceilings.Hebel for outer walls.Polystrene for outer walls.Cement sheet for outer walls.Seprate Flooring calculation for wet areas such as bathrooms ,toilet and kitchen.Seprate flooring calculation for other general areas.All calculations to be colour coded on plans with numbered areas and walls.
