Residential Construction Estimation
Budget: $30 – $250 CAD
I am in need of an experienced construction estimator who can provide a detailed estimate for a single-family residential property. This opportunity requires a person with proficiency in foundation and framing, electrical and plumbing, as well as finishing and landscaping.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze and determine costs associated with each stage of construction: foundation & framing, electrical & plumbing, and finishing & landscaping.
- Create a comprehensive estimate considering all aspects of a residential single-family house construction.
Ideal Candidate:
- The applicant should have comprehensive knowledge and experience in residential construction estimating,
- Must be meticulous, detailed-oriented, and able to deliver accurate results,
- Familiarity with construction software for estimation is a huge plus.
