Residential Construction Blueprints Needed

I'm in need of detailed blueprints for a residential construction project. The blueprints should cover the entire house, not just specific rooms or the exterior. Ideally need someone with construction experience that will value engineer dimensions to lower costs. Will also want to develop a material take off/budgetary numbers for each phase of construction.
