Residential Building Project with full Detailing in Revit (Arch. + Struc)

I am looking for a freelancer who can provide architectural and structural detailing for a residential building project in Revit. The ideal candidate should have experience in both architectural and structural detailing.

- Project area 240 Sqft // Foundation & Ground Floor Detailed Model Only
- Arch. + Struc. Conceptual Cad file to be provided

Scope of the project:

- Architectural and structural detailing in Revit
- Complete Quantity Estimation Material/Item wise (Scheduling the Each & Every Items)
- Quantity Estimation Dynamically change based upon the selection in Revit
- Each & Every Material need to be added within the Items in Revit

Level of detail required for architectural detailing:

- Advance detailing

Expected timeline for completing the project:

- Within 3 Days

Skills and experience required:

- Proficiency in Revit software
- Strong knowledge of architectural and structural detailing
- Ability to work efficiently and meet tight deadlines
