I am seeking a seasoned architecture and construction management professional in Madrid to assist with the design and management on site of residential, offices or restaurants restauration projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate on the design of the building
- Oversee project planning
- On-site management (mostly during mornings)
- Ensure quality control throughout the construction process
Ideal Candidate:
- Extensive experience in residential building design and construction management
- Strong project planning and on-site management skills
- Exceptional quality control abilities
- Proficiency in architectural design
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Is a must to have residence in Madrid and to be registered as self-employed
