Residential Building Blueprint & Material Designation

I am looking for a qualified individual that can visit my residential property, draw up existing plans and specifically indicate the materials used within the construction. Emphasis is on the following:

• Interior floor plans, designating different areas of the house
• Identification of materials used within construction
• Provide a detailed and precise 2D representation of the existing plans

The ideal person for this project has experience in drafting, blueprint reading, and identification of construction materials. Knowledge of residential buildings, professional ability to measure and draw up rooms, hallways, and other interior details is crucial. Your work will directly support the upcoming renovation project, knowing exact material used and precise measurements will aid in allocating resources efficiently. Experience in converting real-life structures to 2D plans is a big plus. Please, be prepared to share examples of previous similar work in your proposal.
