Residential Build-Out Configuration in Magic Plan
Budget: $15 – $25 CAD
I'm seeking a skilled professional to start by setting up a detailed site survey for a residential lot in Magic Plan after the project is approved we will then proceed with the building desgin. If this works will use Magic plan on our other developments. . I am a small developer in Calgary love what I see in Magic Plan but do not have the skill to lay out the projects. Have all the necessary site information including the RPR in magic plan now
Stage one
- Inclusion of outdoor spaces
- Site survey demonstrating lot coverage
- Configuration of a separate garage equipped with laneway suites

Desgin of multi family development
