Residential Architecture and Utility Plan
Budget: ₹12,500 – ₹37,500 INR
I have an upcoming project requiring a detailed architectural and utility plan for a residential property. Here is a summary of what I am in search of:
• Draw up an Architectural Plan: This is the driving requirement of the project. A freelancer with experience in architectural designing would be ideal for this task.
• Plumbing and Electrical Layout: I will need a layout for both the plumbing and electrical systems. Experience in infrastructure layout design is crucial.
• Sectional View & Elevation: Alongside the architectural plan and layout designs, I will require section views and elevations.
• Style: I already have the drawings for which I have mentioned the screenshots of the sketchup file and reference files for the design style is also attached. The hired freelancer will work from these resources.
Having the said skills and experience in architectural layout design and detail-oriented blueprint drafting will be an advantage for this project.
