Residential Architecture (1k-2k sq ft)

I need an architectural expert to design residential plans for a space between 1,000 and 2,000 square feet to be built into an existing pole frame building. Specifically, the space is 26x36 for a kitchen, living area, bedroom, and bathroom with a 16x26 loft above the bedroom and bathroom. What I expect:

- Develop Floor plans including Bedrooms and Bathrooms.
- Design Living and Dining Areas.

Ideal Qualifications:

- Proficient in CAD software
- Relevant experience in designing residential spaces
- Ability to create functional, creative and aesthetically pleasing designs.
