Residential Architectural Services for NSW Renovation
Budget: $1,500 – $3,000 AUD
I'm seeking a skilled architect to support my renovation project in NSW, Australia.
We have acquired a new property, built in 2008, and are looking to make some slight enhancements to it.
The proposed changes primarily focus on the front of the property. We intend to extend the left side of the garage by approximately 40-50cm (so it aligns), construct a roof across the current balcony, and raise the wall above the garage by 80-100cm (with planter
boxes). Additionally, we are considering the installation of a small plunge pool.
To facilitate the design process, we have obtained the old approval file from the council, which includes the current plans. Furthermore, we have prepared a 3D render illustrating our vision for the renovations.
This job includes:
- Design & Drafting: I need a creative architect to work with me in designing and drafting the plans for my renovation. Experience in residential projects is a must.
- Permit & Documentation Preparation: After the design is finalized, the architect should prepare all necessary documentation to secure the required permits under CDC. Knowledge of local regulations and building codes in NSW is essential.
