I'm looking for a complete architectural service for a single-family residential building. This project will involve:

- **3D Interior Design**: I need an expert in 3D interior design who can create realistic visualizations of the interior spaces planned for the house. The ideal freelancer for this role should have a good creative sense, experience in interior design, and proficiency in 3D modeling software.
- proposal of finishes (parquet, wallpaper, furniture colors, proposal of types of lamps)
- complete construction of the interior (walls, partitions)
- distribution of furniture for each room
- the exact determination of the types of interior carpentry
- determining the exact types of glass partitions
- complete tiling of the bathrooms with the selected type of tiles
- positioning of sockets and switches
- positioning of sanitary objects
- **Structural Engineering Design**: I'm also in need of a structural engineer who can develop a comprehensive resistance project for the house. The engineer should possess a strong background in structural engineering, relevant experience in residential projects, and the ability to develop structurally sound designs.

The ideal candidate should have prior experience in similar projects, deep knowledge of sanitary and thermal systems, and a meticulous eye for detail.
Part of external installations – involves the preparation of plans for external water supply networks, sewerage, yard lighting, the route of the natural gas supply pipe, the method of drainage of rainwater, the method of collection and discharge of sewage, all of which are accompanied by technical reports, lists of quantities and technical sheets
