Residential Architectural Floor Plans

We are looking to get bids from residential home designers - either per hour or preferably per house design. We would really prefer to get a price per house versus per hour. There will be a total of 7 homes being built. There will be 3 different floor plans. 2 of the floor plans will consist of 2 bed 2 bath homes with a living area very similar to unit 2(shown below in pdf format). There will be a pool on one home with a cabana. We would like to send pictures of floor plans and aspects of what we like that we can send to the designer. We would highly prefer to be charged for just designing 3 homes and not 7 - there will only be 3 designs - 1 design will be used 3X the other 2 designs will be used 2x. The third design we are looking for will be a 2.5 bed, 2 bath - want an upstairs loft type design. We have to be around 900-1100 square feet with each design. Looking for something comparable to unit 2 and we also need the designer to make sure they can comply with the City of New Braunfels Code - The homes are being built within the city limits, they will be inspected by a city inspector.
