3D Residential Architectural Drafter Needed
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I'm currently in the early concept stages of my custom home/barndominium project and I'm already brimming with rough ideas. What I need is an expert draftsman whose expertise lies within the realm of residential building plans. This is my first step.
Your task primarily includes:
1. Transforming my rough ideas (attached blueprints) into precise plans
2. Advising on potential issues or improvements in the layout.
3. Ensuring that drawings comply with building regulations.
4. Add anything you feel would be necessary
5. Create a walkthrough video of every room and hallway as well as the exterior. Ill leave the exterior design up to you
6. Create a final blueprint
I prefer someone who possesses the following skills and experience:
- Proven drafting experience specifically in residential areas.
- Strong knowledge of zoning laws and building codes.
- Exceptional ability in using drafting software.
- Excellent attention to detail.
