Residential Architectural Design & Drawings
Budget: $3,000 – $5,000 USD
I'm looking for an experienced architect to help design and create detailed architectural drawings for a residential project. This will be a single-family home of 2000 sqft with an attached 1000 sqft ADU over the garage, plus two separate 800 sqft units.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop preliminary design concepts
- Create detailed architectural drawings
- Provide 3D modeling and rendering
Ideal Skills & Experience:
- Extensive experience in residential architectural design
- Proficiency in CAD and 3D modeling software
- Proven track record of creating detailed architectural drawings
- Excellent communication skills for discussing design concepts and revisions.
