Residential Architect for small 1/2 story house.
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I am interested in building a single story house with the main floor at the frost line. Entry would be similar to a split level only their would be stars only going down. Windows would start about 1 foot above ground level. 600 to 750 sq feet.
