Residential Apartment Complex Construction Management
Budget: $20,000 – $50,000 CAD
I'm searching for a versatile Construction Manager experienced with managing residential apartment complex projects. The main duties for this role include:
- Detailed Planning and Coordination: Accurate scheduling and coordinating tasks to keep the construction project in line with our specific timeline and budget requirements.
- Supervision of Construction Activities: The Construction Manager will be directly responsible for overseeing every aspect of the construction process on-site ensuring that all construction activities align with set plans and regulation.
- Quality Control Measures: Implementation of proactive quality control measures to ensure the building project meets our high standard for craftsmanship, as well as local building codes.
Ideal candidates will have extensive experience with apartment complex builds and a stellar history of meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards. PMP or similar certification would be appreciated.
