We are planning to build Multistorey home in Ramamohanapuram on a 40*60 site,40 facing the road ( west facing house), it's not a corner site.

1. Ground floor -> Leaving the entire space for parking
2. First floor-> 3BHK( Vastu is NOT a requirement)
3. 2nd floor -> 3BHK( Vastu Compliance preferred)
4. terrace -> 1/2bhk
5. Elevation
Please NOTE: We wish to have different designs in 3BHKs of 1st and 2nd floor. We DON'T wish to have both houses to be looking at a xerox copy of each.
