Required 3D Rendering Images from 2D plan of an English house (Interiors & Exterior)

I have 2D plan of an English house that I
want your work on;

I wish to convert it to high quality 3d Modelling and Rendering with
photorealistic 3d visualizations adding necessary attachment you
deem fit.
We need 5 3D rendering images for :
1- Interiors (two bedrooms, two sitting rooms, one kitchen)
2 Exterior (front and back) adding necessary attachment of your choice.

You have to design the elevation of the house yourself too

NOTE:
I have a private consultant or representative you are going to work
with because he is going to be the one to supervise the sites
throughout the construction process.
