Request for proposal for a Gated-Community Master Plan Design
Budget: €1,500 – €3,000 EUR
We would like to work with an architect/interior designer/urban planner to come up with a Master Plan to develop some hill side land (550-650m elevation). Topographic map attached. The Master Plan must be such that the project can be developed in several phases keeping in mind that the construction of each phase must not interfere with any completed phases.
Once the Master Plan is completed we would like to get a detailed sketch-up of Phase 1 of the project to be used for marketing purposes. Including exterior of building, landscaping and floor plans complete with furniture, appliances and fixtures.
