Replacement Floor Joists

We are in the middle of putting in a new kitchen. When we took up the floor we discovered bad termite damage and have to replace some floor joists. The city requires an architecture plan before they will give us the permit to continue the construction. The house is empty and has a lockbox so you can get in at any time you wish. Please let me know if this is a task you would consider?
