Whole of house renovation including facade change, some internal wall removals (and structural support), and redesign of internal footprint in main living areas and alfresco area.
6 bedroom, 1 study, 3 bathroom, 1 WC, 2 living areas, 3 car existing double brick structure currently. Architecturally built in 1975 to modernist principles, looking to bring it to a 2024 standard with a modern major renovation.
Looking for a designer to come and bring the ideas in my head to life and make it happen. Samples and ideas on what we are aiming for can be provided but attached is the current state.
No landscape design needed as a designer has already been selected for that project.
