Renew or repair Colorbond house roof?
Budget: $250 – $750 AUD
Colorbond roof of house is 33 years old and Colorbond is fragmenting. Underlying metal is not rusting yet but bolts holding it on are all rusted. Semi retired painter relative advises painting the roof. Need independent consultant to advise whether to do that or completely renew roof. Geelong area.
