Budget: $1,500 – $3,000 USD
Old school north of texas has been sold. The building is not sunning as a school years ago. It was turn to office spaces.
Now the now owner wants to remodel the space to be, event center, office spaces, also maybe a gym. The building is two stories. Not so big, don’t know the exact square footage but might be around 15,000 sqft.
Need an Architect who is licensed in the state of Texas to quote the project. I probably have all the information needed.
