Remodel Plans to Submit to Building Department

We own a 840 square foot ADU home that we would like to add on to. We are building an additional 300 square feet off the home. The addition will include an office space and a master bathroom (see sketch for reference). The plans will need to follow the protocols necessary to pass a plan check with our local building department. Our timeline is 2 weeks for a completed set of drawings.
