Refine 2 storey floor plan from concept
Budget: $30 – $250 AUD
I am looking for an experienced freelancer to refine an existing two-storey floor plan from a concept. The area I need designed is between 220 and 250 square metres and will be used as a residential home. I have provided a link to an existing floor plan as reference for this project:

need the walls under to line up- especially the common walls through the middle.
Will be used in australia
Internal walls typically 110mm overall width
We don't need a downstairs bathroom unless there is a second bedroom downstairs.
Ideally 4 bedrooms with built in wardrobes.
should be a services cavity between floors for the upstairs plumbing to come through
This will be used to go to a local architect to complete the design and specifications and sent off for engineering
The chosen freelancer will be required to review the existing blueprint and make modifications to ensure the desired layout and design of the floor plan is achieved. This may include changes to the layout, measurements and other elements. The freelancer must also ensure all relevant building codes, safety standards and other regulations are met.
