Redraw a yard plan and internal building layout

I am looking for a freelancer to redraw a yard plan and internal building layout for a renovation project. I do not have existing plans or measurements to work from, so the freelancer will need to create the plans from scratch. The redrawn plan needs to be detailed with measurements in order to accurately plan and execute the renovation. Ideal skills for this job include experience in architectural drafting and design, as well as proficiency in CAD software. Attention to detail and the ability to communicate effectively with me, the client, are also important.
